La Cortex Bakery & Coffee invites you to live a unique sensory experience within the framework of COP16, where you can immerse yourself in the aromas and flavors of high-quality Colombian coffee. This exclusive tasting, aimed at both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking audiences, aims to highlight the richness and diversity of the coffee cultivated in our region.

Throughout the tasting, participants will learn about the different varieties of coffee and their flavor profiles, while enjoying a cultural experience that connects the senses with the Colombian coffee tradition. Through a careful selection of beans and an educational methodology, this activity seeks to promote knowledge and appreciation of coffee, turning it into a social, enriching and full of flavor experience.

What's included?
    • Guidebook: A coffee expert will guide the tasting, providing information on the different varieties of Colombian coffee, their flavor profiles, the cultivation process and the cultural importance of this beverage. The guide will help participants understand and appreciate each step of the tasting, making the experience educational and enriching.
    • Refreshment: During the tasting, a snack will be offered to complement the coffee tasting. This snack can include small bites that pair perfectly with coffee, helping to enhance flavors and provide a break between tastings.
    • tickets: The ticket price is included and covers access to the tasting, where participants can enjoy the full sensory experience. The tickets guarantee participation in the tasting and in all the activities that are part of the event.
    • Medical Assistance Card: For your safety and peace of mind, a basic medical assistance card is included, which covers minor emergencies during the event. This card ensures that you are backed up in case of any health-related inconvenience during the activity.
    Exclusions
      • Souvenirs or personal purchases: Any product or souvenir related to coffee tasting, such as coffee packages or accessories, is not included in the price of the event. If you want to buy any item, you'll need to pay for it separately.
      • Additional meals: The snack is included, but any extra food or additional drinks outside the tasting (for example, additional dishes or drinks other than coffee) are not covered.
      • Gratuities: Tips for the guide or event staff are not included and are optional, but are welcome if you want to recognize excellent service.
      • Extra activities: If the event offers additional activities outside the tasting (such as coffee preparation workshops or private classes), these may have an additional cost and are not covered by the standard ticket price.

        • Clothes and Comfort: Although tasting is primarily a sensory experience, it is advisable to wear comfortable clothes to be relaxed during the activity. The event will take place in a closed environment or in a specific space, so there is no need to worry about the weather outside.
