What's included?

    The plan includes:

    1. Special private tourist transport from Neiva, with internal transfers to all the places and activities specified in the program.
    2. Meal plan: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 1 dinner
    3. Accomodation: A night at the Finca Hotel Santa Rosa or similar, in a natural and welcoming environment.
    4. Visits to several prominent places: Giant's Hand Mountain, Lost Island and Maukui Viewpoint, Tree House and its attractions, Ecological Trail, Quebradas Las Vueltas
      Viewpoints: La Morra, Aluna, Brisas de Mirthaiyu, Don Arnulfo and La Cacica
    5. Visit to the Santa Rosa ecotourism farm, where tourists can learn about the productive areas and the coffee process, an authentic experience of local culture.
    6. Specialized local guide, which will accompany travelers during all activities and will provide them with detailed information about the places visited and the traditions of the region.
    7. Health care card, to ensure the safety and well-being of travelers during the tour.
    Exclusions
      • Tours not listed in the plan: Any activity or excursion that is not specified in the itinerary.
      • Additional Tours and Bilingual Guide: If you want to do additional activities or have a bilingual guide, these services are not included and must be contracted separately.
      • Air tickets: The cost of air tickets to get to Neiva is not included in the package. Travelers must manage and cover their own air travel costs.

        • Rates and Accommodation: The rates are per person and correspond to the chosen plan.
          Accommodation is provided according to the selected room category (not applicable for simple accommodation).
          Services not taken are not refundable.
        • Cancellation Policy: If the plan is canceled 15 days in advance, a 20% penalty applies.
          Between 14 and 8 days in advance, the penalty is 30%.
          If canceled 7 to 4 days before, the penalty is 40%.
          Cancellations 3 or 2 days in advance have a 60% penalty.
          Rates are subject to availability and change at the time of booking.
          Cancellations after booking are not accepted.
        • Time of Activities and Journeys: The times of each activity and journey are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen events, weather changes or situations beyond the agency's control.
        • Biosafety Protocols: All travelers must comply with biosafety protocols related to COVID-19, according to the regulations in force at the time of the tour and the instructions of the health authorities.
        • Behavior during activities: Travelers must follow the instructions of the guides during the activities and participation will not be allowed if the safety instructions have not been fully understood.
          It is important to maintain a positive attitude in the face of unforeseen events and to respect the natural and cultural environment during the trip.
        • Personal Responsibility: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing suitable for activities, as well as to protect yourself with sunscreen, repellent and other personal items.
          It is essential that travelers respect the rules and do not carry unnecessary valuables. In addition, they must be responsible for their belongings and equipment provided by the agency.
        • Insurance and medical care: All travelers have a medical assistance card during the tour, which covers emergencies and unforeseen situations.
