    Exclusions
      • Additional food and drinks: Although the tour includes a tasting of local cuisine (such as empanado, cheese mote and panela water with cheese), any additional food or drink other than the offer included in the itinerary will be at the participant's own expense. This includes lunches, dinners, or other beverages outside of tasting times.
      • Gratuities:
        Gratuities for tour guides, drivers or service personnel are not included in the price of the tour. Although they are not mandatory, it is recommended to leave a tip based on satisfaction with the service received.
      • Personal shopping:
        Any purchase of souvenirs or personal items during the tour is not included. Participants must cover these expenses independently.
      • Personal expenses:
        Any personal expenses such as phone calls, internet use, or purchases outside of scheduled activities will be borne by the participants.
      • Optional activities not included in the itinerary:
        Some additional activities or optional services that are not part of the itinerary (such as massages, additional private tours, or visits to extra attractions) are not included and must be paid separately if you want to add
      Please note
        • Comfortable clothing and footwear: The tour includes walks through the Historic Center and visits to churches, squares and museums, so it is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear for walking long distances. In the Sanctuary or certain museums, modest and respectful dress is also recommended. The weather in Popayán can vary, so it is suggested to wear light clothing for the day, but also a light sweater or jacket for the afternoon, as temperatures may drop a little. In addition, it is advisable to wear sunscreen and sunglasses.
        • Health Recommendations: A high physical level is not required to participate in this tour, but it is important to note that some hikes can be long or on uneven terrain. If you have any medical conditions or mobility restrictions, please let us know before booking.
        • Dates and availability: If you plan to visit Popayán during special holidays (such as Holy Week or the Religious Music Festival), it is advisable to book in advance, as the city receives a lot of visitors on these dates and places can sell out quickly.
