      • Food not included in the program: Any food or drink that is not specifically included in the meal plan (breakfasts, for example) must be covered by the traveler. This includes lunch, dinner or any other type of food not mentioned in the itinerary.
      • Personal expenses: Expenses related to personal purchases, souvenirs, or any other expense that is not directly related to the tour (such as additional products or extra services) are not covered and must be borne by each traveler

        • Fee per person: The cost of the plan is per person and depends on the accommodation selected.
        • Accomodation: The accommodation covers the nights according to the chosen plan, but does not apply for simple accommodation.
        • Services not taken: Unused services are not refundable.
        • Cancellation Policy:Cancellation 15 days in advance: penalty of 20% of the plan value. -Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before: penalty of 30%. - Cancellation between 7 and 4 days before: penalty of 40%. - Cancellation between 3 and 2 days before: penalty of 60%.
        • Availability and changes: Rates are subject to availability and may change at the time of booking.
        • Cancellations are not accepted: Once the reservation has been made, cancellations are not allowed.
        • Important: The times of each activity and journey are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen events, weather changes or other events beyond our schedule and beyond our control.
        • Biosafety Protocols: The operation of the tourist package will follow the biosafety protocol in force for the date of the tour, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, in compliance with the regulations of the health authorities.
