        • Hydration and food: Although refreshments and hydration are provided, it is recommended to bring a personal water bottle.

        • Punctuality: The schedule for the day is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is requested to arrive at the starting point on time to ensure compliance with the itinerary.
