This is the perfect place for a quiet and safe day, ideal to enjoy with the youngest members of the family in a paradisiacal environment.

    Exclusions
      • Transportation to the meeting point:
        Participants must arrive at the meeting point on their own to start the tour.
      • Snorkel equipment rental:
        Although the tour offers time for snorkeling, equipment rental (mask, fins) is not included. This can be rented on site if needed.
      • Additional food and drinks:
        The tour includes free time at Haynes Cay, where there are typical food restaurants, but food and drinks are not included and must be purchased by the participant if they wish.
      • Tips for the guide and the boat staff:
        Gratuities are not included and are optional, depending on the participant's satisfaction with the service.
      • Personal expenses:
        Any additional expenses, such as souvenirs, snacks or shopping in the Keys, are the responsibility of the participant.
      Please note
        • Entry Restrictions to the Keys:
          This tour is not recommended for adults over 65, pregnant women, or people with disabilities who use wheelchairs or require special assistance to board and disembark boats. It is suggested that participants have good mobility and are in optimal health conditions to enjoy activities in the Keys.
        • Weather Conditions and Key Closure:
          Visiting the Keys depends on weather conditions. If the cays are closed due to bad weather or during cleaning days, the tour will be replaced by a visit to Johnny Cay Traditional. This ensures that participants can enjoy an alternative on the island and take advantage of the day of the tour.
        • Rescheduling Policy:
          Since access to certain points is subject to external factors such as weather, the itinerary may be adapted to ensure a safe experience. It is recommended to check the forecast or conditions of the tour before departure to ensure that the planned itinerary is maintained.
        • Punctuality at the Meeting Point:
          It is important to arrive at the meeting point on time for smooth boarding. Check-out is punctual, so it is suggested to arrive a few minutes early for check-in.
        • Safety Standards:
          Participants must follow the instructions of the guide and the boat staff at all times. The use of life jackets is mandatory when indicated by safety equipment.
        What to bring
          • Bath linen and towel:
            Bring a swimsuit to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Keys and a towel to dry after water activities.
          • Sun protection:
            Organic sunscreen without oxybenzone (to protect the marine ecosystem), plus sunglasses, hat or cap to avoid direct exposure to the sun.
          • Comfortable and lightweight clothing:
            Cool and comfortable clothing, ideal for the warm climate of San Andrés and quick-drying for after water activities.
          • Suitable footwear:
            Non-slip sandals or water shoes that allow you to walk on wet surfaces and facilitate access to boats and cays.
          • Reusable water bottle:
            Stay hydrated throughout the day; carrying your own water bottle is ideal for minimizing the use of plastics and taking care of the environment.
          • Waterproof camera or phone:
            Bring a waterproof camera or phone to capture photos of the landscape, marine fauna and special moments during the tour.
          • Cash or card for additional expenses:
            Bring some money for tips, snacks, snorkel equipment rental (if you don't bring your own) or for shopping at restaurants on Haynes Cay.
