• Transfer from/to the hotel: Zones 1 and 2: Hotel pickup and drop off service in zones 1 and 2 of San Andrés. The transport is adapted according to the number of passengers, ensuring comfort and safety.
  Zone 3: For hotels located in zone 3, please consult the Receptive Department to coordinate the transfer.
  
• Equipment and Accessories:Personal Locker: Secure space to store your belongings during the tour.
  Sea shoes and snorkel mask: For your comfort and safety, sea shoes are provided that make it easy to walk in coral areas and a snorkel mask to explore the reefs.
  

• Transportation for Hotels in Zone 3:
  For hotels located in zone 3 of San Andrés, transportation is not included. Consult the Receptive Department for transfer options and additional fees.
• Gratuities:
  Gratuities for guides and drivers are not included and are optional.
• Personal expenses:
  Any purchases or additional personal expenses during the tour are not covered, such as drinks, snacks or souvenirs.
• Additional travel insurance:
  The included insurance covers only tour activities. Any additional insurance coverage must be managed independently by the visitor.
• Professional photo or video:
  Professional photos or videos taken during the tour are not included, but can be purchased as an additional service if available.

Health Requirements and Conditions:

• Diving Certification: A minimum Open Water Diver diving certification or equivalent is required to participate in the snorkel and reef diving activity.
• Health Condition: Participants must be in good health and have had no surgeries or diagnoses of COVID-19 in the 6 months prior to the tour.

• Dive documentation: Diving certification (minimum Open Water Diver or equivalent) for those who wish to participate in advanced snorkel activities.
• Comfortable and cool clothing: Lightweight clothing for the day and clothing suitable for night activities.
• Sun protection: Organic sunblock without oxybenzone (Oxybenzone) to care for both the skin and the marine ecosystem.
• UV protection garments: Long-sleeved clothing, cap or hat to protect you from the sun.
• Swimsuit and towel: To enjoy snorkeling and the sea.
• Comfortable footwear: Sports shoes or sandals suitable for walking in sand and coral areas.
• Sunglasses: To protect the eyes from light reflected in the water.
• Water and snacks: Although some drinks may be included, it is recommended to bring additional water and light snacks.
• Cash: For any additional expenses, such as tips or personal purchases.
