Discover the “Amazon Experience – The Serenity of the River”
✔︎ You arrive in Leticia, where you are welcomed and transferred privately to an eco-hotel with floating rooms, with an introduction to the rhythms and rules of the jungle.
✔︎ In the afternoon, you have lunch at a selected restaurant and rest for a while in the jungle. Afterwards, you experience an ancestral weaving workshop at the Yoi maloca with a permission ritual.
✔︎ You enjoy a serene dinner at the hotel and a well-deserved rest accompanied by the nocturnal sounds of the forest.
✔︎ Mindful sunrise walk, breakfast with local fruits, and massages with medicinal plant oils.
✔︎ Visit to the chagra with planting activities and ancestral knowledge, Huitoto cultural talk, and an energy cleansing ritual.
✔︎ Quiet dinner and rest under the nighttime song of the jungle.
✔︎ You sail along the Amazon River toward Puerto Nariño, where you visit Victoria Regia and experience a cultural encounter in the Macedonia community.
✔︎ Depending on the season, you go dolphin watching, enjoy a mindful floating experience, an Amazonian picnic, and a walk through Puerto Nariño. Back in Leticia, you witness the natural spectacle of the parakeets and visit the Almacén Solidario.
✔︎ The day ends with dinner at the hotel and a well-deserved rest after a journey of deep connection with the river and the jungle.

Travel recommendations
Before the trip
✔︎ Entry fee: Upon arrival in Leticia, you must pay an environmental entry tax to the municipality (approximately 50,000 COP).
✔︎ Yellow fever vaccine: it is recommended to get it at least 15 days before the trip.
✔︎ Pack light cotton clothing in light colors, long pants, a waterproof jacket, comfortable footwear, and a swimsuit.
✔︎ Bring a flashlight, sunscreen, toiletries, a quick-dry towel, a small backpack, and cash in Colombian pesos in low-denomination bills.
During the trip
✔︎ During canoe, kayak, or fishing activities, avoid bringing electronic devices or jewelry.
✔︎ Shake your shoes before wearing them. In the jungle, every corner is home.
✔︎ Use certified mosquito repellent suitable for the jungle.
✔︎ Leave no trace: do not litter and avoid buying crafts made with wildlife parts.
✔︎ Always travel with expert local guides. They are the living voice of the forest and those who best know the secrets of the river and the land.
✔︎ Tips are voluntary; they are distributed equally among the local team.
